WELCOME!
HI, my name is Joni. WELCOME to my online yoga and wellness site. My intention for this website is so you can find all that you need for yoga and wellness. I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, 200 and 500 hour certified as well as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer.
Here you will find my recorded classes, all levels, all styles. Yoga is not a one style, fits all practice.
I have an eclectic, authentic and non-intimidating style that will enhance your overall yoga experience. It's all about allowing yourself to explore and grow physically and mentally,
I offer videos on chair, gentle, beginner's , intermediate, meditation and light stretching, breath work, tutorials, and more. I teach yoga because I have received so much comfort from yoga that I want others to experience the same growth, peace and joy. One of my greatest joys is seeing my students make yoga their own.
I have used yoga to help me address my own personal health issues, reduce stress, strengthen my immune system and stay healthy.
